In approximately 15 minutes, your vehicle receives a thorough hand wash of all exterior panels, a wheel and tyre clean, a rinse and a careful hand dry. This is the go-to option for regular maintenance when your car is in reasonably good condition and you just need to knock off the surface dust and grime from the past week or two.
Because this is a focused exterior service, there is no interior work involved, which keeps the time down. It is perfect for busy weekdays when you want a clean car without rearranging your schedule. Signature Wash — Around 25 Minutes
Our signature wash adds interior attention to the exterior clean, bringing the total time to roughly 25 minutes. In addition to everything included in the basic wash, we vacuum the interior, wipe down the dashboard and console, clean the interior glass, and apply a spray wax to the exterior for added protection and shine.
This extra 10 minutes makes a noticeable difference to the overall feel of your vehicle. Getting behind the wheel of a car that is clean both inside and out is a genuinely better experience than one that only looks good from the outside. The spray wax also helps your paint stay cleaner for longer between visits, which means you can stretch the gap between washes a little further.
Superior Wash — Around 30 Minutes
The superior wash is our most comprehensive regular wash package. At around 30 minutes, it includes everything from the signature wash plus additional detailing touches — door jamb cleaning, more thorough interior wipe-down including air vents and crevices, tyre dressing for that deep black finish, and a higher-grade sealant application on the exterior.
This is the wash we recommend for customers who want their car looking as close to showroom condition as possible without committing to a full detail. It is also a great option as a monthly deep wash to complement fortnightly basic or signature washes. The 30-minute timeframe is still short enough to fit into a busy schedule — you could do a quick grocery shop while we work.
Express Detail — Around 45 Minutes
When your car needs more than a wash but you do not have time for a full detail, our express detail bridges the gap at approximately 45 minutes. This service includes a thorough hand wash and dry, complete interior vacuum and wipe-down, leather conditioning or fabric cleaning, interior and exterior glass cleaning, and a machine-applied spray sealant.
The express detail is ideal for situations like picking up a date, heading to a work event, or simply giving your car a refresh when it has been a while since the last proper clean. It addresses both cosmetic and maintenance needs without the time commitment of a comprehensive detail. Many of our customers book an express detail once a month as part of their regular car care routine.
Full Detail — Around 3 Hours
A full detail is the most thorough service we offer, and it takes approximately three hours to complete properly. This is not something you rush — it is a meticulous, multi-stage process that addresses every surface of your vehicle inside and out.
The exterior process includes a pre-wash and snow foam, a thorough hand wash, decontamination with a clay bar to remove bonded contaminants, machine polishing to remove swirl marks and light scratches, and a premium sealant or wax application. The interior receives deep vacuuming, steam cleaning, leather conditioning or fabric shampooing, glass polishing, plastics treatment and an odour treatment if needed.
Three hours might sound like a lot, but consider what is being achieved. Every square centimetre of your vehicle is being cleaned, corrected and protected. The result is genuinely transformative — cars that come in looking tired and neglected leave looking years younger. Many customers book a full detail before selling their car, and the improvement in presentation can add hundreds of dollars to the sale price.
Factors That Affect Service Time

On busy weekend mornings, there may be a short wait before your vehicle enters the wash bay. We do our best to minimise wait times, and booking ahead is always a good idea during peak periods. Weather can also play a role — on extremely hot days, we may need to work in shorter sections to prevent products from drying too quickly on the surface, which can add a few minutes to the process.
